Therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the Minimum Age. If you are under the Minimum Age, please do not use Nova Drama and do not send us your personal information. If we discover that we have collected personal information from children under the Minimum Age, we will immediately take the necessary measures to delete such information and close the associated account.
If you have reached the Minimum Age but are a minor as defined under applicable laws and regulations, you may only use Nova Drama through the representation of your parents or legal guardians. This Privacy Policy was drafted in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, or ambiguity between the English version and the translated versions of this Privacy Policy, the English version shall prevail.

The right of access. You have the right to request access to your personal information, which allows you to receive a copy of the information being processed.
The right to rectification. You may request correction of inaccurate personal information without undue delay. You may also supplement any incomplete personal information, taking into account the purposes of the processing.

Normally, you do not need to pay a fee to exercise your rights. However, if your requests are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee. We may transfer your personal information outside the EEA for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. When we transfer personal information from a jurisdiction in the EEA to a jurisdiction outside the EEA, we rely on one or more of the following mechanisms:
